AM Studios is releasing the empowering drama, the LIL voice, written by Arthur Muhammad & Tara Youngblood, directed by Arthur Muhammad. The story is filled with profound life lessons, and stars Lynn Andrews, III (Carter High, Greenwood), and Evan Myles Hosely (S.W.A.T., Carter High).

Malik Armstrong portrayed by Lynn Andrews, III is trying to rebuild and reconnect the shattered pieces of his life after returning home from prison. Teiana Banks, who plays Teiana, is Malik’s no-nonsense, yet caring, ex-girlfriend who offers him a place to stay after a violent confrontation with his mother’s boyfriend. Renee Jones (Days of Our Lives, Friday the 13th) plays Malik’s mother and Telvin Griffin (Queen Sugar) his friend from the streets. After a series of bad choices that threaten Malik’s freedom, he meets a wise old man in the form of a young boy named Jonah played by Evan Myles Hosely (S.W.A.T., Carter High) who teaches him to pay attention to the voice that speaks to us. The Lil Voice will have you rooting for Malik’s success and sighing with relief when he begins to take heed of the still small voice inside us all. In the end, it’s a film with heart and a positive message that audiences are craving at the moment. Not only to be entertained, but to be moved. A story of redemption, love, and second chances!
