By God's Grace

Grace is not just a quick prayer said at the supper table. God's grace is loving, unmerited favor. God's grace makes a life and death difference. The saving grace of God gives us access to saving faith in Jesus Christ himself. Jesus Christ is full of grace and truth. Ephesians 2:8-9  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Being a member of a church or a "good person" do not save, no works of yours can merit having your sins against God forgiven. But faith without works is dead. Some are trusting in a false Christ, who has no grace or truth. We should warn professing Christians who might be self-deceived before eternity calls, and they hear the TRUE Jesus say "depart from me, I never knew you."
