Your perception of reality is unique to you. Your creation is that perception of reality. Sometimes, when you are in alignment, you are seeing the truly reality. Other times, when you are out of alignment, you are seeing an illusion. It is not the true reality, it is another version that is created from your limited perspective. In these times, your inner self will notify you through the use of negative emotion. This is guidance from your inner self letting you know that you are looking at a false version of reality.
