Sal Varri is the owner/operator of Varri Green Farm, a first generation farmer. Sal is a native of South Florida where he became a land investor and currently holds a Florida Real Estate license. It was in Asheville, NC where he began to grow gourmet vegetables for local restaurants. Realizing the parcel of land he was growing on was too small, he then moved to Okeechobee, FL where he tends this pristine twenty acre farm.
