Daniel the beagle survived the gas chamber back in Oct 11, 2011 in Alabama. Daniel the beagle become part of Joe's family Nov 10,2011. His story gained worldwide attention. Daniel the beagle has his own law "Daniel's Law"! Ban gas chambers in animal shelters in his own state- Alabama..

Most people do not know that the GAS chambers are used in killing animals ... Putting animals in a box stacked on top of each other and closing the lid and turning up the gas . That is not the humane way !!!  EBI (lethal injection) s more cost efficient and more humane. Still we have states that GAS !! First , their eyes start to burn then the air begins to thin and they begin to gasp for air. Their survival instinct kicks in they start biting and scratching trying to get out of that box !!! Their eyes can bleed and their body expels their urine and stool comes out.  The poor little soul is searching for a way to live they want to live

In some shelters, cats are piled in with dogs, small dogs are mixed in with large dogs, they put live dogs on top of dead ones and they all fight each other for the last breath of air. It is time to draw the line & stop the barbaric practice of gassing animals in all states, if it is wrong in one state it is wrong in all states!
