Brian Kinter joins us this evening to expose his experience in the Ohio Domestic Relations Court.  Facing false allegations of child abuse, the battle was on.  Eventually, Brian sued the judges and the court in March 2012.

Brian has taken on the courts in Ohio demanding an explanation as to why they interfered in his relations with his daughter, and demanding that they prove they had the right to do this. 

Brian has waged a battle that has become too frequent in every state.  False allegations, refusal to enforce visitation rights, failure to provide any evidence of wrongdoing..........parents across the country are being forced to endure legal abuse and the abuse of the courts as they fight for their children.

Brian currently has won custody of his young daughter,
