Founded in 2004, Bergmann & Moore is a Veteran disability benefits law firm located in Bethesda, Maryland. The firm is managed by two former VA attorneys, Glenn Bergmann and Joseph Moore, who are both well versed in the inner workings of the VA system.

Alicia Guidi has served as the Director of Client Intake at Bergmann & Moore since June 2014. She has a vast knowledge of VA law to include on topics such as the VA claims process and case development. Alicia frequently travels in the continental United States as well as Puerto Rico to assist Veterans with their VA appeals.

Bergmann & Moore has been successful in many cases related to non-presumptive Agent Orange exposure in both service connection claims as well as surviving spouse (DIC) claims. One specific disease, Glioblastoma Multiforme, is a type of malignant brain tumor, often found in veterans who were exposed to Agent Orange during service. VA has not acknowledged that these tumors are due to Agent Orange exposure and therefore they are not on VA's presumptive list. Sadly, when a veteran passes away from a non-presumptive condition such as Glioblastoma, their surviving spouse is often unable to obtain benefits on their own.

Bergmann & Moore is dedicated to fighting VA until these conditions, to include Glioblastoma, are deemed presumptive.
