Clint Walker III is a third generation beekeeper in Central Texas. He has served the beekeeping industry as President of the American Beekeeping Federation and the National Honey Board as Vice-Chairman. Clint and his wife, Janice, own and operate Walker Honey Farm and Dancing Bee Winery engaging in honey production, honey bottling--specializing in varietal honeys. They also operate Walker Honey Farm Store, a direct to the consumer on-the-farm sales outlet for both honey and mead (honey wine) with monthly farm tours and twice annuals farmers market festivals.
