“Your Sins Are Forgiven, Go And Sin No More!”

Good morning everyone, we have a "Good Word," this morning.  As always I'm just giddy for Jesus.  In today's word we are going to read about forgiveness and repentance.  We will be coming from: Matthew 9:1-17 Mark 2:1-22, Luke 5:18-39. Matthew 12:1-14, Mark 2:23-3:6 and Luke 6:1-11.  May Lord add a blessing to reading and following of His Word. 
 

When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins” —He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
