Emotional remodeling seems to be on the rise. 

While only 1/3 of homeowners say they feel joy in their home, about 1 out of every 3 Millennials report that being happy with a space is an important reason for starting home improvement, according to the 9th Annual LightStream Home Improvement Trends Survey.
