On today’s #anthonyreevesexperience, I discuss the importance of having something in your background that disqualifies you and any discussions you may need to have regarding it.
The reality is some employers or some jobs will not permit a perspective #employee to perform the job if there is something in their background that is problematic. It’s important you have an honest discussion with your #employer about what those things specifically may be and if there are any options or exemptions regarding those things.
