How many of you have found yourself being asked to be someone’s point of contact? Most of us have and in most situations, we are never contacted. However, for those who have, how many of you have found yourself wanting access to more information and only getting access to limited information?
Today, I’m going to talk about being a #pointofcontact, what it means and how being a point of contact may not entitle you to any special treatment.
