“I’m going to sue you” is a very common phrase used in society.  However, how many people truly appreciate what it means to actually ‘sue’ someone?   Regardless of whether it is #workerscompensation, #personalinjury or suing someone for #breachofcontract, going to #court or using an administrative process can be very stressful if you don’t appreciate all of the parts of filing a law suit.

In this video, I am spending time talking about filing a lawsuit, going through a court, hiring an #attorney, and getting into the mindset to fight your #legal case.
