Earlier this year in Washington, DC at The Conference Of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), Ms. McNeil was recognized --as one of ten outstanding women from all modes of the transportation industry -- and saluted for her contributions to the industry during their 6th annual Celebrating Women Who Move the Nation Awards.
