Pamala L. McCoy is the CEO of BONA5D Credit Consultants, LLC. She received her  BA-Business Management with a concentration in Economics from North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 1989.

Her career in the credit industry spans over 25+ years. During that time, she worked for three entities in the private label and banking arena {Sears Credit, Service Merchandise headquarters, and TCM Bank, N.A.}. In each of these organizations, she held various progressing positions. Her professional success in the workforce uniquely prepared her for her passion that is being fulfilled via BONA5DCC. She established her company, BONA5D Credit Consultants, LLC in 2008. The mission of BONA5DCC is to:

Pamala McCoy has more than 28 years of experience in the credit industry. Recognized among top industry professionals, Pamala has been named as one of Collections & Credit Risk’s Top Women in Credit & Collections and has been nominated for Tampa Business Woman of the Year from 2007 – 2011.
