Nicole Allen is on a mission to help real estate developers build and grow profitable businesses. Trained as a Toxicology and Epidemiologist she has a unique 17-year background in communication, business development, and project management on multimillion dollar development projects. Her expertise as a Scientist and specialization in Housing has made me uniquely positioned to provide creative solutions to her clients. As Chief Executive Officer for Allen-Norris Permitting and Inspections, Ms Allen utilize her expertise in building code development, adoption, and enforcement to provides strategic leadership, collaborative engagement, and financial guidance for the company. Because of her passion for real estate development, Ms Allen also serves in a volunteer position as the President of the National Capital Area National Association of Black Women in Construction. In this role she provides advocacy, educational resources, specialized training, networking, and business development expertise to women-owned businesses in the construction industry.
