Anita McGoogin is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Specialist with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. In this role, Anita coordinates with a team that provides all aspects of Supporting Northeast Florida Small and Minority Businesses as defined by the SBA.

In Anita's prior role with JTA, she worked as a Project Administrator in the Engineering Department and was responsible for ensuring projects were on budget and on schedule. 

Anita has worked with reputable agencies throughout her career, including RS&H, Jacobs Engineering, and Haskell, among others. Anita and is always a voice for the small business owner and helps small businesses and Individuals with grassroots level needs to establish their businesses and goals. You can expect 100% transparency, and no horror stories, or surprises when working with Anita.
