Laini is a certified general contractor who holds a Master's degree in Construction Management. She is currently the owner of Ralisan, LLC and has over 22 years of experience in heavy construction.    

An experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry, Laini has worked  as a project engineer for Skanska and a Construction project Manager for The Walsh Group and Ranger Construction Industries. Her past projects include Project Manager for running surface of Automated People Mover  / Light Rail System at 3 Major Airports - JFK Light Rail New York - JFK; Atlanta SkyTrain - Hartsfield Atlanta; Orlando Automated People Mover, Roadway & Signage in NY & Florida,  and more.
