Kyle Hurt, DE Lane College
Kyle Hurt earned first team Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) in 2011 after spending one year at Lane College playing for the Dragons. Hurt played at Mississippi Valley State prior to his arrival at Lane but the 6’4” 265-pound defensive end would waste little time as a Dragon becoming one of the top players in SIAC. Highlighted by his best game versus Clark Atlanta, Hurt would register 10 tackles, 3.5 tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble, one sack and one blocked field goal.
The 2011 Don Hansen All-Super Region second team selection found himself playing in the HBCU All-Star Bowl in Atlanta Georgia on December 18th, so showcase his talents in front of the eye of on going NFL scouts and coaches.
Bringing the next generation of tomorrow’s NFL stars to you today on the College2Pro.com Players Platform Show, hosted by Bo Marchionte. Kyle Hurt is represented by Andy Tuitele.
