Vocal Leader of Miami Hurrcanes Defense - JoJo Nicolas FS

Nicolas was the leader of the Canes' defense finishing his final season third in total tackles with 66. Led team with two intercpetions and led all defensive backs with 2.5 tackles-for-loss and also recoverd a fumble in the endzone for a touchdown against Georgia Tech.

Talents earned him invite to the 'Battle of Florida' All-Star game where he impressed scouts during the week long event that is held in Boca Raton, Florida. 

The ability to lead was brought full circle when he was given the 2011 Melching Leadership Award at the annual Miami Hurricanes banquet.
