NFL Draft Talk with Nevada WR, Phil Payne

East West Shrine game stand out Payne caught over 30% of the passes completed in 2011 at UNLV. The Rebels shied away from the pass but Payne was clearly the go to guy when the pass was thrown catching seven of the teams ten total touchdown passes. Finishing the season Payne had 44 catches for 509 yards and seven touchdowns.
