Tyler Larsen Utah State NFL Draft 1-on-1 interview

Finished his Utah State career starting 52 consecutive games to set the school record and rank first in the Mountain West and third in the nation among active players. He was a part of the winningest senior class in school history with 31 victories and  helped Utah State play in three-straight bowl games for the first time in school history, including wins in the 2012 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl (41-15 vs. Toledo) and the 2013 San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl (21-14 vs. Northern Illinois), marking the first time in school history that USU has posted back-to-back bowl wins.
 In 2013, he was named a second-team All-American by USA Today Sports to become just the 12th player in school history to be named a first or second team All-American, including just the third offensive lineman. The only other offensive linemen to be as highly recognized in school history are Dave Manning and Jim Hough who were both named second-team All-Americans by the Associated Press in 1973 and 1977. Larsen was just the ninth player in school history to be a three-time first-team all-conference selection after earning first-team all-Mountain West honors as a senior. He started all 14 games and led the team with an overall performance grade of 89 percent, including 82 percent in technique and 91 percent in effort. Carried out the right assignment 98 percent of the time, including seven games where he graded out at a perfect 100 percent. Larsen Graded out above 90 percent nine times in total performance and above 85 percent 12 times in effort and above 80 percent nine times in technique. He posted a whopping 56.5 knockdowns.
