First Team All-PFL…Played in National Bowl…Received the game ball for the Blue Team in the National Bowl All Star Game…Played in the Subdivision (FCS) Senior Scout Bowl. The game took place on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 5 p.m. in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Selected as Third Team Football Championship Subdivision All-American by The Sports Network. Four-year starter at right tackle for the Red Foxes, and was named First Team All-PFL each of the last three seasons. In his nine starts this season, Marist went 7-2, averaging 425 yards of total offense (264 passing, 161 rushing) and 35.7 points per contest. His efforts helped the Marist offense record its best statistical output in its 36 years as a varsity program, as the Red Foxes set program records for points scored, number of times scoring over 30 points and number of consecutive games scoring over 30 points. Celestin made 40 career starts at right tackle. Celestin became the first Marist football player, and 42nd player in the Pioneer Football League’s 21-year history, to be named First Team All-PFL three times in a career. He started 40 games at right tackle over the last four seasons, and rebounded from a season-ending injury in 2012 to once again have a standout season.
