J.P. Douglas QB Davidson
Quarterback J.P. Douglas is an enigma NFL Draft Prospect from Davidson. He is an invitee to the NFL Super Regional Combine (March 21-22), which is a pretty stout accomplishment for a small-school kid with relatively limited amount of film.
2013: Played in 10 games on the campaign • Ran for 80 yards on 22 carries and threw for 246 more • Completed first two pass attempts of Davidson career at Dayton (10/5) • Connected on 8 of 13 throws for 73 yards and a touchdown vs. Marist (10/19) • Threw for career-high 94 yards, completing 10-of-17 passes with one touchdown, and ran for 70 yards on 14 carries at Jacksonville (10/26). 2012 (Southern): Academic All-SWAC team. 2011 (Southern): Appeared in 10 games as a freshman, completing 95 of 189 passes for 1,282 yards and 10 touchdowns.
