THE LORD looked down form HEAVEN upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand and seek GOD. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no not one (Psalm 14:2-3). And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was Great in the earth and that Every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually (Genesis 6:5). For the wrath of GOD is revealed from HEAVEN against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold (supress) THE TRUTH in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18). There is Hope!
