Take some time this week to remember your original happy hour: Saturday mornings as a kid, waking up at dawn, jumping on the couch with a bowl of chocolate cereal, turning on the ‘toons, tuning out the outside world, and working your way into a sugar hangover before noon.

This Saturday morning we drop our second annual hostful episode wherein Dan "Grim" Shea, Marke., and Johnny Heck come to lean on 2017 and look back at a job... done. Last year at this time, fandom and politics really took one on the chin. Expectations were tempered and we prayed to slide through 2017 all cool like Iceman eating a popsicle. Good news, Cerealites- we made it.

2017 gave us plenty to chat about. Sadly, it's a dark time in Star Wars fancommunity dom, as The Last Jedi managed to pants and wedgie the communitiy at once. What side are we on? Hit play and then yell at us about it on Twitter!
