Andy and Dan are rolling on with their midyear NBA report cards. The Western Conference has already been hammered out, and you can check that out here. That means it's time for the Eastern Conference, in all its glory—or lack thereof.

Have the Cleveland Cavaliers finally met their maker in the Boston Celtics or Toronto Raptors? Will the Milwaukee Bucks and Washington Wizards stop underachieving? Were we too high on the Philadelphia 76ers? Is the Miami Heat's latest midseason surge for real? We go through all this, and more!
