TOPIC i understand that there are different generations of people with there own preference of what they like in hip hop.But truthfully speaking i hear alot of people from the first era of Hip Hop say this new generation of music is not Hip Hop,its nothing like what we were doing back in the days,,,I even heard Nas say "HP HOP IS DEAD"

The question is "WHAT HAPPENED"? How did we lose what we CREATED? And more impotantly HOW DID HIP HOP GET WERE IT IS TODAY? In my opinion i truly believe had HIP HOP not be HI JACKED,KIDNAPPED,AND HELD HOSTAGE.We would be on a whole nother level of statis and economics in America, At one point in THE CULTURE we were climbing up the ladder of accomplishments in music,but soon as we referenced anything to BLACK POWER it made the Establishment very uncomfortable and affraid,The fear of knowledge,power.intelligence,self education,community,and culture.

HIP HOP had to be controlled by the ESTABLISHMENT...or be controlled by the PEOPLE...If we look today we can see whos in control and it aint us.Its as though we are regressing instead of progressing.HOW DID A WHOLE GENERATION OF MCS GET BENCHED WHILE A NEW SCHOOL OF INFLUENCE DOWN GRADES THE CULTURE AND REDUCES IT TO INFANCY...and this brings us to the realization of "HOW HIP HOP WAS USED TO KILL...HIP HOP"!!! WELCOME
