In this episode, I have a conversation with Joy Promoter; and Health and Wealth mentor, Patti Scallan. Patti is also the owner of Synergistic Health. We discuss her Five Pillars of Health which are the things we all need to be doing to "Live Younger Longer". Patti has been in the alternative health care field for 20 years and owned a Holistic Wellness center for 10 years. Her passion is to help people physically, emotionally, and financially. She believes we have to take responsibility for our health by making correct choices and investing in our well-being, the alternative is to pay for "sick care". For the last five years, she has been building an exciting business that allows her to lead, coach, and mentor others. She is passionate about what she has to share and loves motivating others to do the same. We were meant to live lives of abundance... an abundance of JOY, HEALTH, and WEALTH and if we lead with a heart of service, we are limitless!
