Tired of being judged and analyzed, Kathleen Nelson Troyer and Karen Porter began “Why Weight??” to reclaim power and explore the issues of weight. We began with this description.

“Whether used as a cushion from pain, a way to hide, protection or comfort, the weight we carry is not only physical, it is psychological and energetic.

We are claiming who we are and whatever our physical form is in this moment to be perfect and whole. Join us in our exploration, as we learn to love ourselves right here and now.”

As we finished working through A Course in Weight Loss, we realized that part of our journey together is changing, too. We are ready to turn the focus from inner to outer and shine the light on each other and on YOU!

Are you WAITING to meet the right person, have the perfect job, lose weight, take another course, or read another book for your best life to begin?

NOW is all we have. If we don’t live, love, and take action towards our dreams, now, when will we?

“Why Weight??” is becoming “Why Wait??” and we will look at and shift the obstacles, old beliefs, and fears that keep us from living the life we want RIGHT NOW!
