My first podcast of 2016 and it going to have you jumping out of your skin with excitment!

I can only recall one time in my life when it comes to my health, fitness, and physic where I was more excited than I am now.

It was seven and a half years ago when my former me, who was 48 pounds over weight, had sleep apnea, high blood pressure and a borderline diabetic stumbled across the HCG diet.

I was 47 years old, and I looked in the mirror and saw someone I had not seen since I was bout 25.

Since that time, I have dedicated my time, energy, heart and soul in helping people like you, who were just like me, who look in the mirror every day and don't like what the see.
