Sponsored by the Royal Oak Community Coalition, Holistic/Natural/Alternative Health and Wellness Exposition is being held Saturday, March 7th at Royal Oak High School from 10:00 - 3:00. The expo features health and wellness exhibits, a number of short seminars and/or speakers, and introductory exercise demonstrations that all promote a healthy lifestyle. All to help people become familiar with alternative modalities to reduce pain and discomfort with less reliance on addictive prescription drugs and to incorporate lifestyle choices that promote healthy mind, body and spirit.
