Mark Keyes, Paranormal Contributor for Paranormal 911 & Haunted Hospitals on Travel Channel and Director of the Pennsylvania Paranormal Association, is a retired PA State Police Detective turned private investigator and parapsychologist. Mark has worked on over 200 paranormal resolution cases over the past 15 years and authored two books, Chasing Shadows and The Upper Darby Poltergeist and has a third book on the way.

Virginiarose Centrillo, psychic medium for the Pennsylvania Paranormal Association, began to sense spirits around the age of two years old. With many years of developing and fine-tuning her ability, Virginia began to professionally assist clients with her mediumship abilities. Virginia now has over 40 years of professional experience as a psychic medium and continues to help people with her work. Virginia has been featured on many episodes of The Haunted and Paranormal Survivor for her work with the PPA. She has taught metaphysical topics in public school adult education programs for 7 years and meditation classes for over 20 years in the tri-state area. Virginia has worked on over 200 resolutions cases with the PPA and hundreds more prior to joining the PPA.
