Our guest this morning is Justin Randolph, owner of Yoga Loft, a boutique yoga and wellness studio in downtown Manhattan Beach.

Justin was a resident of NYC for over 13 years before relocating to the South Bay two years ago with his husband. A seasoned and sought after yoga teacher, thought leader, and Reiki master, Justin’s passion is helping people improve their lives through mindfulness and yoga. He has worked with Google, The World Spine Organization, The Prison Project, and continues to lead global wellness and yoga retreats. Justin was an actor and singer before wellness took over full time.

This morning, we’ll learn the benefits of yoga and mindfulness and the impact they can have on you physically, mentally and emotionally.
