LLMB launched last Thursday at 5pm.

The intent of the founding donor, Jeff Serota, is to help lift up the small business owners that are the heartbeat of Manhattan Beach and have provided for the community and supported countless fundraising causes, large and small, for decades.

At this time and until the fund grows, the grant application is only open to small business owners in Downtown MB and N.MB that meet the criteria set forth.

Jeff and Peir Serota were the originators and lead Donors to the “Local Love for Manhattan Beach” charitable small business fund. Jeff and Peir are long-time residents of Manhattan Beach and truly love everything about the community.

Scott Krase is the Founder of one2one USA Foundation and an actively engaged philanthropist. His is also currently a Senior Advisor on the Investment Team of Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. which he helped start in 1993.
