Our guest this morning is local, professional photographer, JP Cordero.

JP is an image and content creator via DSLR camera photography and various, never limited, image recording devices. Grown and salted in the South Bay, JP commenced upon young adulthood from Mira Costa High School class of 2000, attended El Camino College, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in geography from CSU Long Beach. He is proud father to his three year old son Hudson Oliver, and humbled husband of Mrs. Penelope Cordero.

Just like his Mother, Jean Cordero, owner of Entertaining Friends Catering, JP decided to turn his passion into something that would support his family and give him a chance to capture the smiles and creations of the people in his hometown, across the United States and around the world.

Aside from all the fun of work, JP and his family love to travel, as often as possible, but find just as much leisure and enjoyment from staycations and local exploration. Daily strand cruises are a must.

Anyone that lives in the South Bay is familiar with JP’s images even though you may not know it. He is anywhere and everywhere, documenting the scene that is the South Bay.
