Everyone experiences challenges in life at times and sometimes feels “stuck”, or as if they keep repeating the same old patterns. This is often due to learned behaviours and core beliefs about oneself, others and the world in general. We now know that there can also be an “energetic” component that keeps us stuck in unhealthy or undesirable patterns. This is the relatively new field of Energy Psychology.

This discussion focuses on how Lesley uses Energy Psychology in her practice. We will look at how these underlying factors of thoughts and energy blocks work together to keep us from living the life we truly want. We will also look at how we can undo these effects and make the changes we need to with regard to our thoughts, core beliefs and our energy system or our “light body”.
