It is with pleasure that I introduce to you my next radio show guest, Dr. Judy Tsafrir, Adult & Child Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst and Certified GAPS Practitioner located in Newton, MA.

Judy is a breath of fresh air in that she is willing to sit with her patients, and really look at the whole picture that plays into their emotional well-being. Judy knows it is important to look at many aspects of the life of her patients: their relationships, spiritual awareness and connection, their family life, contentedness in their career, their diet, their over-riding beliefs and attitudes, and more.

Judy will share her insight with us about multiple topics, including our emotions and the relationship with food, her personal interest in nutrition beginning in her 20's, her own search for answers to mental health issues within her own family and much more!
