I’m a Wisconsin native and by nature have a deep love for and curiosity about life, people, and our planet. As such I am a spiritual explorer, seeker of knowledge, personal growth advocate, steward of the earth, and collector of experiences. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialty in Anesthesia, and feed my passion for holistic living through my practice as a Holistic Wellness Mentor.

I desire to be an agent of positive change in the world. I believe the key to sustainable health is in empowering people to be in charge of their own well-being. When we take mindful care of ourselves it frees us to live with vibrancy and authenticity, which ripples out to the world around us. As a Holistic Wellness Mentor I facilitate change through one on one mentorship and small group experiences using a rich box of tools to guide others in Awakening to deeper self awareness around what drives patterns and behaviors. Together we co-Create a living plan of action that leads to sustainable life Transformation. My approach prioritizes self care, self compassion, clean eating and mindful living. It is my desire to put people back in the driver’s seat of their own lives. We are Mind, Body, & Spirit and have this one life to live.

I am no stranger to the mud and muck of life. After a lifetime of taking care of other people I had to learn how to better take care of myself, and I’m passionate about empowering and inspiring others to do the same.
