Colleen Vanderzyden firmly believes that the more self-aware a person is, the happier they’ll be. Previously an unaware, stressed-out, controlling, perfectionist people-pleaser, she has become her courageous true self and is now labeled, “almost annoyingly happy.”

Her passion is helping people with personal and spiritual transformation. She’s a certified intuitive life coach, medium, spiritual teacher, and professional violinist with the Erie Philharmonic. She has hosted radio shows for several years and is currently the host of, “Embracing Your Essence,” on Blogtalk Radio and Facebook live, Tuesdays at 8pmET. Her expertise has been featured on Moonstruck TV and CNN, as well as in national publications including MysticMag, Topic.com, and The Washington Post.
