We will speak on things related to Mental Health, Trauma, PTSD, Motocross, Sport, Fitness and Wellness. The Motocross Saved My Life Show, will be Co-hosted by Brent Worrall and Kevin Lefebvre, MA, RCC psychotherapist. Our goal is to share positive light, structure and hope on subjects that have been in the darkness way too long!

With the Triple Crown Series wrapping up action tonight, we will speak with KTM Racing's Jess Pettis. We caught up with Jess at Walton, and I am keen to continue our post race conversation.

Our old friend Maple Ridge Motorsports rider and Atlas Brace Brand Manager, (among other important titles worn) Ryan Lockhart will also join us for some Mental Health Talk Radio, re-capping the season.
