Dr. Elizma Lambert is a Naturopath, Homeopath and registered GAPS practitioner with training in MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs) and special interests in nutrigenomics, digestive disorders, mental health and auto-immune disease.
South African born she started her Masters Degree in Homeopathy, emigrated to Australia in 2000 where she obtained a Bachelor in Health Science and has been in practice for 14 years.

Her journey in health began in earnest when her eldest son didn’t start talking until age 3 and displayed Asperger’s and ADHD traits. Moving away from the medical model she focused on removing infections in his gut, eliminating food intolerances, correcting nutritional deficiencies and re-establishing neural connections in the brain with various exercises. Today he is a handsome young teenager with no developmental or social differences between him and his peers.

Elizma believes true healing begins when you find and address the root cause, and bring the biochemistry back into balance.
