This evening in celebration of my 100th Podcast I had the privilege and pleasure of interviewing my youngest son, al-Malik Glorian Blake, a member of the generation most commonly known at Generation Z - those who were born between the years of 1995 and 2010.

Gen Z is part of a generation that is global, social, visual and technological. They are the most connected, educated and sophisticated generation ever. They are the up-agers, with influence beyond their years. They are the tweens, the teens, the youth and young adults of our global society. They have also been categorized as having the same values of their great-grandparents.

So on this Podcast I had a casual conversation with my son about family values as well as topics such as socialization, education, finances, entertainment, health, happiness and future goals.
