Freedom From The Flesh: Pastor Francis Karuga

Onfire Agape Radio Show host Tracy Kong, have in the Studio, Pastor Francis Karuga, who is bringing the word of God to you. Pastor Karuga teaches about freedom from the flesh, through the work of Jesus Christ on the Cross. He emphasis that those who believe in Jesus Christ have died to the flesh making the flesh to have no power over the believers. The believers then are raised, and become alive in Jesus Christ. He points out that we, believers, have acquired the newness of the Spirit. He reads from the scripture in Romans 7:5 - 6: "For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passion which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter."
