Revelation 4:1- "After This I Looked, and, Behold, a Door Was Opened In Heaven:..."
In chapter 4 of the Book of Revelation, the scene will change from the earth to heaven, and Apostle John immediately find himself in the spirit. No doubt, John had the same experinceApostle Paul had in 2 Corinthians 12:1-4.
Once again, John sees another glimpse of the Lord Jesus, as he had seen in Revelation 1:10-18.
He also sees the 24 Elders sitting around the Throne, clothed in white raiment. They had the crown of gold on their heads. These are not angels, but Redeemed Men with the Crowns sitting around the Thrones, singing!
Angels do not sit on the thrones, and, do not wear crowns.
