The LORD Himself Shall Defend the Nation of Israel, PART II.
The LORD Himself in Jeremiah 31:35-37 stated, and I paraphrase ( If the sun which gives the light by the day, and the moon and the stars by the night, if they ever cease from functioning, then the seed of Israel shall also cease from being a nation)!
In Isaiah 49:13-16. V-15 “...Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of My hands; ...” Cf. Romans 11:1-2., 25-27
Although the nations; the biggest arch-enemies of Israel soon learn that they have chewed more than they can swallow and have the second thought to go after Israel, Ezekiel 38:4, God will “ put hooks into their jaws,” to bring them to fight against Israel, only to annihilate them at the Battle of Armageddon. Ezekiel. 38:4-5.
Even though, the multitudes will be gathered against Israel from all nations (Revelation 16:14; Joel 3:11; Zechariah 12:3; Zech. 14:2, leading to the battle of Armageddon, yet the LORD will spare Israel, but still they have to experience the 7 years of Tribulation. That is the missing 1 week ( 7 Years), between the 69th. And 70th. Weeks of Daniel 9:27.
