On this episode of the Parker J. Cole show, I'll be showcasing Dr. Regina Hall discussing International Day of the Girl which is October 11th and her local tie-end event Stand Up Against Bullying Through Respect taking place on September 16th.

Child brides. Human trafficking. Trauma and abuse. Bullying. Low self-esteem. Basic resources.

Are our young girls seen or are they being erased?

Today, I have the opportunity to sit down with counselor and young girl's and women's advocate, Dr. Regina Hall, as she talks about International Day of the Girl -- a global movement to recognize young girls are uplifted, educated, and seen. Dr. Hall maintains we don't have to go across the world to help -- we can affect the girls we serve right here in our local communities

On September 16th, Dr. Hall, in conjunction with the Skillman Foundation, will be hosting a high tea event here in Detroit celebrating International Day of the Girl. You can register for the event by going to sistersjourneyingtogether.org. Dr. Hall speaks to issues relating to women empowerment, healing from abuse, leadership development and more. Visit her website at reginachall.com.

Listen in as I chat with Dr. Hall on Saturday, September 2nd at 2 pm Eastern time at 646-668-8485. Follow PJC Media on podcast platforms everywhere. Or, click on the link here: http://tobtr.com/12264682.
