Los Angeles-based alt-pop artist Izzy Strigel marches to the beat of her own drum. Being openly gay from a young age, she learned how to master self-love and acceptance early on and channels this confidence into her artistry.

Izzy began singing as a young child in Durham, North Carolina. After acquiring her performance chops by performing in a band, she eventually evolved into a solo artist, releasing five singles consisting of two collaborations with Relikk. Using her creative talents to stay motivated, Izzy found her niche in writing compelling, relatable lyrics. Her expertise in various instruments such as guitar, piano, and drums only work to elevate her brilliant storytelling.

Priding herself in being authentic and multi-faceted, with Izzy Strigel what you see is what you get. Her alternative, electro-pop style is a perfect mold of various musical inspirations such as Justin Bieber and The Chainsmokers, with a tinge of lyrical emulation from artists like Dominic Fike and Remi Wolf. These elements together generate Izzy’s own distinctive sound that makes her identifiable in a sea of artists
