If you've been a regular listener of this show you know from time to time we've both talked about our individual journeys to being healthier.  Since it's the season for things like going to the beach and pool parties we've decided to do a whole show about our personal experiences with being judged for how we have looked in the past, how we've dealt with those experiences and how we can teach our kids not to be one of those people who judge others for how they look.
