Last month Wade was my guest and we were talking about mind exercising.  That proved to be a popular topic so I asked him to come back on today.

Mind exercising consist of positive self affirmations, mirror work, learning to become more consious of our thoughts and take control of what we are thinking and why we tend to have these behaviors, meditation, positive prayer. the easy steps to take to start working out our minds today.He is grateful everyday for discovering and starting mental exercising and says it has literally changed his life for the better everyday.

Mind exercising can help people suffering from a wide range of habitual practices, & mental patterns that can bring a little more understanding to why we suffer and how to break the chains of mental slavery, from my personal journey they may relate too. My guest today says he  was living to die in life for 37yrs & now is thriving to live. He calls it the growing back to life experience.. and says his journey is still unfolding as he learns and grows everyday he is awake.
